b) Channel Partners
Channel Partners act as an extension of our sales and delivery ecosystem. They are authorized to market, sell, implement, and support our solutions in designated territories or customer segments.

5. Deal Registration & Sales Engagement

Channel Partners may be required to register deals prior to engagement

Deal protection, pricing, and margins are subject to approval

Unauthorized discounting or misrepresentation is prohibited
6. Marketing & Branding Guidelines
Partners may use our brand assets only with prior written approval and in accordance with brand guidelines.
Unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, or marketing material is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Partners must:

8. Intellectual Property

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership in accordance with the terms defined in the partner agreement. Upon termination, partners must immediately cease use of all brand assets and confidential materials.
